June 05, 2012 – Bicycle Nova Scotia is proud to announce the names of the BNS 2013 CG Core Team that will be racing as a team at the 2012 Canadian National MTB XC Championships in St Felicien, Quebec on June 16, 2012. The BNS 2013 Core team attending the 2012 National MTB XC Championships is made up of some of the athletes that will be competing for spots to represent Nova Scotia at the 2013 Canada Games in cycling. The team includes:

– Tyler Darcy – Elite U23
– Brandon Currie – Elite U23
– Lucas McCulloch – Junior
– Brent Noble – U17
– Odette Comeau – U17

We are also proud to announce that two athletes from the BNS 2017 CG Core team have been selected to attend the championships with the BNS 2013 Core team.

– Liam Whitman – U17 (CG17 Core Team member)
– Luc Comeau – U17 (CG17 Core Team member)

And finally, the last athlete named will be Jamie Lamb, who will be racing in the Elite Men’s event. He is joining the team as an athlete mentor. He represented NS at the 2001 and 2005 Canada Games and has attended countless MTB Canada Cups, MTB National Championships and MTB World Championships.
