Zilli is celebrating cycling with her art during the Pan Am Games in Milton, where the Mattamy National Cycling Centre new velodrome is hosting the track cycling events. The town is also the host of the road cycling time trial.

A group of 20 paintings depicting cyclists and bicycles will be exhibited at the Milton Centre for the Arts, in the beautiful Holcim Gallery. Zilli, an established artist born in Italy and living in Canada since 1999, is mostly known for her bicycle and cycling artworks, which are now collected worldwide.

“I paint bicycles because I feel a connection to them, they have been a part of my life since I can remember. They are my muse, my inspiration, they bring back many memories of happy moments growing up and being involved in cycling.

“I love how my paintings bring out happiness in those who are passionate about cycling. I can see the joy they feel when they see my work. It’s priceless,” commented Zilli.
