June 16, 2013 (Banff, AB) – Kris Dahl (H&R Block), a U23 rider from Calgary competing this weekend at the Banff BikeFest, is going to the Tour of Alberta this coming September, to race with the U.S. Continental team, SmartStop presented by Mountain Khakis. Banff Lake Louise Tourism teamed up with ToA organizer, the Alberta Peloton Association, to award the top-U23 Alberta rider at this year’s BikeFest with a spot on the SmartStop team.
