Tremblay twice represented Canada at the World Road Championships (1969, 1970) and finished 16th at the 1970 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh, Scotland according to information posted at the FQSC Hall of Fame. The Edinburgh Games led to him sipping champagne with Queen Elizabeth II.
