July 17, 2012 (Quebec City, QC) – We caught up with Pierre Perron, the Global Marketing Director for Louis Garneau Group, following his recent trip to Japan to launch Garneau’s 2013 line, to find to find out more about the behind-the-scenes action that he and his team experience as a sponsor of a high-level team at the Tour following Europcar’s recent back-to-back stage wins by Thomas Voeckler (Stage 10) and Pierre Rolland (Stage 11).
Canada’s David Veilleux was a second reserve not making the final team this year, and Perron talks about his disappointment and also about Rolland, who is in second place for the KOM jersey at the Tour and what they decided to do… along with their plans for the final days as the TdF wraps up this coming weekend.
