Andréanne Pichette in 7th was the top Canadian in the U23 Women’s 4-lap, 21.60km, race won by Switzerland’s Jolanda Neff (Wheeler-IXS Team) over Rebecca Henderson (Aus) in second and Candice Neethling (RSA) in third.
