May 28, 2009 (Lachine, QC) — On Tuesday, June 2nd Quebec’s Mardis Cyclistes Saputo Series will officially launch it’s 32nd season with the first race on taking place on June 9 in Lachine, QC. Honourary president, Henri Richard, Lachine mayor Claude Dauphin, and the originator and producer of the series, Joseph “Tino” Rossi, will be on hand for the official launch.

According to reports on the Mardis site Floyd Landis (OUCH) may race at Stage 2 on June 16 as he’ll be in Bromont with his team. For more info on the series (in French) visit www.mardiscyclistes.net.
