24 hours Enduro Hydrapak in Sherbrooke

July 21, 2006 (Bromont, QC) – The dynamic mountain biking event the 24 hours Enduro Hydrapak is being staged at Sherbrooke’s Mont Bellevue this year. The race, presented by Cycles Lambert, will be held on July 29-30. Over $ 15,000 in prizes will be given during the weekend.

The 24 hours Enduro Hydrapak is an endurance mountain biking race. For 24 hours, the 200 cyclists participating must ride a 7 km circuit as many times as possible, using technique and speed. The race will start on Saturday July 29th at noon.

To participate to this event, cyclists must register in one of the five existing categories and be a member of the Fédération Québécoise des Sports Cyclistes (F.Q.S.C). The five categories are: solo, 4 people pro (exclusively for people who take part in competitions), 5 people (total of age, less than 175 years old and over 176 years old) and, finally, corporate 6-10 people.
