September 17, 2015 (Milton, ON) – The calendar has turned and the OCA is gearing up for its annual fall Cycling Celebration Awards Banquet. The Cycling Celebration awards banquet honours the athletes, organizers, coaches and volunteers that contributed to or excelled in the sport of cycling this year. The event features special guests, provincial award presentations of Provincial Champion and Ontario Cup Series plaque recipients, dinner and raffle draws. Proceeds from the raffle draw ticket sales will this year go towards the Kevin Watson Fund.
This year the Ontario Cycling Association is asking for members to submit their nominations for the various awards prior to September 21, 2015 at Noon ET. The three highest nominee totals for each award (that meet the award criteria) will be passed on to the OCA Board of Directors for voting for the final award.
To nominate, please complete the nomination form at the link below. You can nominate for as many awards as you choose however each nominator is restricted to one nominee per award.
A reminder all nomination forms must be submitted by email to support@ontariocycling.org no later than Noon ET on Monday September 21, 2015.
