April 20, 2015 (Vancouver, BC) – Cycling BC’s Board of Directors will be hosting the 2015 Annual General Meeting on the 29th of May, 2015, as agreed upon by the membership at the 2014 Annual General Meeting. It will take place at the Sandman Signature Langley Hotel at 7:00 p.m.

Members who are unable to attend the AGM have the opportunity to submit mail-in votes, as outlined in current bylaw 33. Requests for mail-in voting must be made 10 days in advance of the AGM.

After the last AGM, the current Board has been working on making the changes that the membership brought forward, and have offered a new updated working set of bylaws that we hope will meet the needs of the membership and the Government of BC.
