Marek Konwa (Pol) Milka Trek MTB Racing Team was second to finish 3rd overall with Markus Schulte-Luenzum (Ger) Focus MIG Team in third. Fabien Canal (Fra) GT Skoda Chamonix in 5th finished 3rd overall. Evan McNeely (Can) Team Canada was the lone Canuck on the startline finishing in 37th as Leandre Bouchard (Can) Team Canada was a DNS. McNeely was the top Canadian in the final standings placing 23rd.
