David Arroyo Duran (Spa) Caisse d’Epargne continues to hold on to the leader’s jersey as the peloton gets a break with the Giro’s second rest day on Monday and starts up again in Tuesday with Stage 16 and a 12.9km ITT the second of three individual time trials.
