November 2, 2009 (Toronto, ON) – Almost three weeks away is the OCA Cycling Celebration! Happening on Saturday the 21st of November at the Whistler Grill located on 995 Broadview Ave in Toronto. This will be a legendary event recognizing event organizers, athletes and volunteers.
