August 20, 2007 (Dieppe, New Brunswick) – The CCA has released the Elite / Technical Guide for the upcoming 2007 Track National Championships, September 6-9, hosted by the National Cycling Centre-Atlantic Canada, along with the Mike’s Bike Shop Cycling Club and the City of Dieppe.
