July 19, 2006 – Are you a Film/TV student or recent graduate looking to amazing week of adventure in the Canadian Rockies?

This year, for the first time, the TransRockies Challenge is offering media and video internships with our film crew as they capture the incredible highs and lows of North America’s toughest bike race which take place from August 6th to 12th. . As an intern, you will be involved in filming and production of our daily video reel and post-event DVD. We’ll feed you, house you in our tent village and transport you, while you work and learn from our experienced crew.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
– Field production in multiple camera shoots in adventurous conditions
– Logging and digitizing within a NLE environment
– Field camera and audio operation

Not only will this be one of the best weeks of your summer as you are part of this special event, but you will also gain invaluable real-world adventure video production experience.
