February 10, 2006 – As of this morning, all 2006 Membership Application forms are in the mail. All 2005 OCA UCI licensed members should be receiving them in the next week.

The OCA strongly encourages members to take advantage of our on-line registration program which will be available in the next few weeks.

2005 Citizen Permit members will be sent their 2006 Membership Application forms early next week.
